- He’s converting the Boeing 737 into a two-bedroom villa with a pool and wing-top terrace.
- It’s set to open to guests in March 2023, with stays starting at about $7,300 a night.
The Boeing 737 was previously used by Indonesian airline Mandala Air, which stopped flying in 2014.

The seats and flying instruments have been removed — and 31-year-old Russian entrepreneur Felix Demin is converting the aircraft into a minimalist two-bedroom villa.

Renderings show Demin’s plan for the villa, which is under construction. It includes a terrace on the aircraft’s wing.

There’s also an outdoor infinity pool with views over the Indian ocean.

The property, called Private Jet Villa by Hanging Gardens, is located on a clifftop near Nyang Nyang beach in Bali, Indonesia.

It’s already listed on travel website Expedia for 114 million Indonesian Rupiah, or about $7,320, a night.

Demin’s design includes a bathroom complete with a circular stone bathtub, in what was the cockpit.

Demin says it took an e week to move the plane to the clifftop in September 2021 after securing the necessary permits.

Investors in the property include UK-based Russian businessman Alexander Lebedev, who met Demin during a trip to Bali with his family.
