We inherit a lot from our parents. In my case, I am proud. My parents have been fused with creativity. Both of them were whistle-blowers in their time, and both of them stood up to authority — and won.

So yes, I’m deeply proud of my roots and all I’ve inherited from family members. However, it works the other way as well. And if one has a terrible parent, one can, of course, inherit their ways.

A prime example of such a person is Donald Trump Junior. Does it not seem that Junior is “the poor man’s Trump?” It’s like he became a low-rent, carbon copy of his daddy but without any of the showmanship.

As much as we hate Trump, he did have a particularly vulgar way of keeping eyes on him. Junior does not have this. Junior is just plain vulgar.

And this weekend, Junior was asked a question by NewMax’s Greg Kelly. Did he have any political aspirations? Now I am going to write out (part) of Junior’s answer. Take a look and see what words he uses most often:

“Oh God. You know, I don’t know.

Uh,

you gotta want the day job too. I mean, I believe in this stuff.

“Even if I was, and

uh, you know,

it’s just not the way I am.”

“I’m, you know,

I’m out there.

I, you know,

I have my own podcast on rumble-talking about these issues,

Uh,

All the time.

Just wanted to let you know.”

“I we gotta fight for it. It, it,

I have those five kids. I gotta make sure,

Uh

The country we are leaving our children in right now is in serious trouble.

And uh,

you know,

perhaps the events of the last week have shown us that

You know

Uh,

That’s not gonna be easy.”

Well now! Was this Junior’s first political speech? Do you have the slightest idea WHAT the heck he was trying to say? Here is how I’d categorize it. Junior’s out of the gate with his answer on running for political office: “Uh, you know.”

Lovely! Do you hear the quiet smattering of claps? Neither do I. “Charisma of a wet blanket.” That is how a Twitter user referred to Junior. And there is plenty more where that came from.

So, it doesn’t look like Junior will be running for elected office anytime soon because, uh, you know. You know he wouldn’t have a chance in hell of ever winning.
